Assistant Manager HR – Talent Acquisition
Description
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent through diverse platforms, professional networks, and digital channels to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition, sourcing, evaluation, selection, till onboarding.
- Develop and manage recruitment dashboards, analytics, effectively maintaining.
- Manage manpower planning and staffing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive employer branding through collaboration with universities, participation in career fairs, and digital recruitment campaigns.
- Design and lead Internship and Management Trainee Officer (MTO) programs to ensure merit-based selection and the development of a strong future talent pipeline.
- Incorporating assessment center, competency-based assignments, and psychometric evaluations in the hiring process.
- Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect accurate structure and reporting lines.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and assist in manpower planning & Budgeting.
- Support retail recruitment by providing talent pool.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that promotes engagement, cultural alignment, and retention.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment systems, forms, and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualification
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from fashion retail background.
