Description

This position plays a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment while aligning hiring initiatives with the organization’s manpower strategy and growth objectives. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to drive workforce planning, develop structured job descriptions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. It actively supports internal talent mobility and contributes to strengthening employer branding and cultivating strategic academia partnerships. Additionally, the role supports organizational effectiveness by maintaining accurate structures and ensuring clarity in roles and reporting lines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

Required Skills

  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping – Ability to build pipelines using diverse channels and anticipate hiring needs
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Management – Strong coordination with hiring managers and delivering a seamless candidate experience
  • Recruitment Analytics & Planning – Tracking hiring metrics, TATs, and aligning recruitment with manpower plans

Experience

2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably retail/FMCG)
