It leads training and capability-building initiatives, identifying skill gaps and delivering structured learning interventions. The incumbent contributes to career planning, succession pipelines, and competency framework development to strengthen internal talent growth. Additionally, the role supports employee engagement, culture-building, and HR policy implementation to reinforce organizational values by promoting a transparent and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

Required Skills

  • Performance Management Execution – Managing PMS cycles, goal alignment, and performance tracking
  • Learning Needs Analysis & Program Execution – Identifying skill gaps and delivering impactful training initiatives
  • Organizational Development & Talent Growth – Supporting competency frameworks, succession planning, and career development

Experience
