Marketing Manager
Description
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand presence
- Coordinate with creative teams and external vendors for timely delivery of in-store branding and campaign assets
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor payments, and ensure cost control and adherence
- Oversee CRM operations and customer communication journeys to enhance engagement and reduce issues
- Ensure consistent retail branding, merchandising, and promotional execution across stores
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational and branding challenges
- Demonstrate strong ownership, operational discipline, and cross-functional coordination skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong marketing operations management, including budgeting, cost control, and campaign execution
- Ability to manage CRM processes and support customer journey initiatives
- Effective vendor and agency coordination for seamless execution

Experience
5 - 8 years of progressive marketing operations, CRM, or retail marketing execution. Experience in budgeting, vendor coordination, and campaign execution
